RCH Solutions Closing 2022 With More Growth and New Career Opportunities
Amid a record-breaking year and increased demand from customers, RCH continues to recruit and hire for critical Bio-IT roles.
WAYNE, PA. DECEMBER, 15 2022 – Bio-IT computing consultancy and services firm, RCH Solutions (RCH), announces impressive 2022 year-end results—including noteworthy 23% year-over-year revenue growth and nearly doubling its workforce—as well as how the team is preparing for another successful year ahead, facing continued customer demand in an evolving industry landscape.
“The consistent double-digit growth we have realized at RCH the last few years is not coincidental,” said Michael Riener, CEO of RCH Solutions. “On the heels of a pandemic and facing ongoing economic uncertainty, more and more emerging pharma and biotech companies realize the value of partnering with a company like ours on the strategy and execution of very unique scientific-IT needs.”
Filling the gaps in this specialized space for more than 30 years, RCH’s growth trajectory remains strong. In fact, the company continues to recruit and hire for key positions heading into the New Year. Among them, include:
- Director of Managed Services – Part of our core executive team, the Director of Managed Services will work closely with RCH’s CTO to ensure that the right People, Processes and Tools are in place to ensure proper delivery of Managed Services to our customers.
- Senior Bio-IT Solutions Engineer – This role provides technical solutions for RCH Assessment and Design customer initiatives while also providing technical leadership and senior-level engineering support for Managed Services and Professional Services engagements.
- HPC Engineer – Seeking multiple High-Performance Computing (HPC) Engineers that have experience engineering, implementing, and administering datacenter and Public Cloud hosted HPC platforms while collaborating with Research and Data Scientists.
- Cloud Engineer (Kubernetes) – Seeking several Cloud Engineers with experience Engineering and Operating Kubernetes, both native on Linux and using AWS EKS, following a CloudOps (or Platform DevOps) model of services delivery, and supporting the application stacks of R programming language programs.
“Sustainable growth is the goal of every business, and I’m incredibly proud of our team and our ability to continue to attract and retain when many other businesses are experiencing the difficulties of downsizing,” Riener added. “Our ability to engage a range of new customers seeking both strategic and executional support is a testament to our reputation, proven outcomes and the culmination of our years of success in this business.”
According to Riener, RCH’s growth outcomes are a direct result of new customer acquisitions in the start-up and emerging biopharma space, deepening relationships with several key global pharma customers, and strategic partnerships that extended the company’s reach and access.
With a growing roster of highly experienced technical specialists on the ground and at director-level positions, RCH is becoming the go-to scientific computing partner for many global and emerging life science research firms leading the way in drug discovery, biopharmaceutical research, and more.
“Our teams are highly experienced and hyper-specialized, which enables us to deliver complex R&D IT services more effectively, efficiently, and sustainably,” Riener continued. “And as we hear often, much of our success can be attributed to our culture and our people. Evolving much of our Professional Services work into long-term Managed Services engagements is a natural progression because our people become an invaluable extension of our customers’ teams.”
As they look ahead to 2023, they’re ready and resourced to join forces with even more organizations that are looking to accelerate the development of their next scientific breakthrough, whether it be through RCH’s Professional Services, Sci-T Managed Services or other Technology Services.
